Looking for someone to sublease my 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in a 4/4. I will be graduating May 2012 and then leaving for the summer. I am female, currently a senior at the University of Central Florida studying Public Relations and Advertising. The apartment is located in 'The Gatherings' apartment complex. There is a pool, sand volleyball courts, tanning bed, gym and basketball court. It is located near the front of the neighborhood so it's safe and convenient. You will get a separate key for the front door and the bedroom so you can lock things up if necessary. The bedroom has 2 windows so it's nice and bright. The bathroom has a large amount of counter space and under counter storage. There is neutral gray carpet and this bedroom has the largest closet in the entire apartment. Comes fully furnished with bed, desk, nightstand and chest of drawers. The bedroom is located upstairs. Downstairs, there is a full living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, stove top, oven, fridge and large pantry space. Everything is fully furnished and includes a TV. There is laundry INSIDE the apartment in a separate laundry room. The 3 other roommates have been friends of mine for almost two years and I trust them completely. All 3 are females. They are clean and respectful. They will also be coming and going throughout the summer.
